The ProJet® 1200 is ideal for small, precise, detail-rich parts and casting patterns, such as jewelry, electronic components and dental wax-ups. 100% wax patterns produced on the ProJet MJP 3600W Series are ideal for industrial foundry casting applications such as small to medium-sized mechanical parts, as well as micro-detail patterns with superior surface quality, and extreme fine detail for jewelry and other detailed applications.

ProJet® 1200

The affordable ProJet® 1200 3D printer from 3D

Systems puts the high precision and exceptionally fine feature detail of a professional 3D printer right on your desktop. Parts made on the ProJet 1200 are castable, so it is ideal for dental wax-ups, jewelry and other castings; and the durable, stiff parts are also great for plastic prototypes. Featuring fast print times, the ProJet 1200 is a workhorse when short cycle times are crucial. Convenient all-in-one material cartridges make it easy to replenish materials, and network-based printing means your whole team can easily access the printer.

ProJet® MJP 3600W Series

The ProJet MJP 3600W and 3600W Max generate 100% RealWax™ micro-detail, high fidelity precision patterns for high capacity production, without tooling time, costs and geometric limitations, for reliable and repeatable direct casting efficiency.

The next generation VisiJet M3 CAST 100% wax material delivers durable, high quality patterns for reliable performance and results throughout existing lost-wax casting processes and equipment.

Designed for high output wax pattern production, the ProJet MJP 3600W and 3600W Max improve casting room efficiency to increase the productivity, precision and possibilities of direct investment casting. Reach unmatched yield with up to 10x faster print speed and more than 2.5x larger build volume than alternative similar class printers.

Print sharp edges, extremely crisp details and smooth surfaces with high fidelity, ideal for jewelry manufacturing, automotive casting, micro-detail medical devices, electrical components, figurines, replicas, collectables and more end-use part manufacturing.
